The Wellbeing Journey

The Wellbeing Journey is a new series exploring holistic wellness: body, mind and spirit.

How will it benefit me?

It's aim is to help you discover how to run on a full tank.

What does it cover?

It’s based around seven key areas of wellbeing – the wellbeing mindset, physical, emotional, spiritual, relational, financial and vocational.

Each week there is a video to watch followed by a discussion.

There is also a book to accompany the course - God's Plan for Your Wellbeing - with 2-3 pages to read each day for 50 days.

When and where will the course be run?

It's an eight session course run by Rev. Mike Saunders.

The next running will start on Wednesday, 21st April 2021 and will take place via Zoom.
