Christmas is coming!

No matter what the media say Christmas cannot be either cancelled or saved, even by the prime minister!

Christmas is simply when we remember Jesus birthday, the date from which we have numbered each year since then. Last year in the middle of covid we still celebrated Jesus birthday with special services and special food and this year we plan to do exactly the same! 

I would love to invite you to one or more of our special services. They include:-

Sunday 5 Dec          10.00am        Christingle

Sunday 19 Dec        6.00pm          The Mayors Carol Service

Christmas Eve          4.00pm          Crib Service

Christmas Eve        11.30pm          Midnight Communion

Christmas Day        8.00am           Holy Communion (BCP)

Christmas Day        10.00am         Jesus Birthday Communion

I love Christmas. I love the family getting together and I love the crowds in church. It feels like a reminder of the key principles to Love God and to Love our neighbours as ourselves. I look forward to seeing you.
